At The Geography Academy, we don't just teach. We make sure our students leave class with a renewed sense of wonder for the world we live in and its geography. We create empowering classroom experiences and go the extra mile to make them feel confident and ready to tackle their geography exams.

Lifelong Learning
From secondary school to junior college levels, our teachers undergo hours of in-house training that ensures they are experts in the subject that they are teaching.
They gain firsthand experience in the TGA methods and curriculum, MOE examination guidelines, lesson planning and marking strategies. Their personal experience in the curriculum crafting gives them an additional edge in the knowledge and key geographical concepts to impart to our students.

Ongoing Evaluation & Support
Throughout the year, we help teachers continue improving to provide the best learning experience for our students. Semiannual teacher observations and evaluations are conducted to ensure that our lessons are of a consistent high quality.
Our team supports teachers to ensure high standards in terms of knowledge, lesson delivery, rapport with students, ability to engage students and classroom management.

Ensuring Quality Education
We have strict standards when it comes to what we produce and never compromise on quality. Monthly meetings and discussions are held to track students' progress under our guidance to maximize their potential and brainstorm strategies for continued improvement.
Teachers also work with the curriculum teams to share feedback on current and past lesson materials to ensure we are always making key improvements to the classroom experience.
